Avoid knowing that you have a file, but not being able to find it, searching is easy and quick with identification of content visually presented.
Media Room provides for content to be uploaded directly into a distinguishable Project category or easily created as a virtual file across multiple projects. Single Assets can be search by multiple means including Proxy File search, while sealed package assets can be search for items within the package additional features enhance the experience:
Unlimited metadata field allows for customisable file information to be input
Easy to use Tagging process can place assets within data groups
File can be renamed to create consistent naming conventions or unique identifiers, with original uploaded file name retained
